These guys are the Winston Wolf of ac and heating repair. And I dont feel comfortable using anyone else at this point. Fixed the units at both my businesses and at my home. And they fixed my margarita machine.
I had a great experience with Setpoint Services and their technician, Tito. He showed up right on time, was professional, and worked hard until he fully diagnosed and fixed the issue with my cold plunge. Tito didn’t rush through the job — he took the time to get everything right and made sure I was comfortable with the repairs. Even after the service, he answered a few questions I had a week or two later, which really showed he stands by his work and isn’t just there to take your money and move on. It felt good knowing I could trust him. I’ll definitely be calling Tito again for any future service needs, and I’ve already passed his contact info along to all my buddies. Highly recommend!
Tito contacted me promptly, got the information that he needed from me, and promptly scheduled someone to come the very next day. The service technician was polite, courteous, capable and got us up and running. He even did the work to obtain the required parts under our existing warranty.

Tito provided excellent information and service for our air conditioning unit when it got clogged.
He and his team responded immediately and was able to arrive early the following morning. They diagnosed and treated the problem quickly and efficiently. He took care to answer questions and provide any follow up we might need.
